This washing room project involved the implementation of state-of-the-art equipment to meet the most demanding cleaning needs. We suggested the installation of a 3000 psi pressure washer, ensuring optimal power to effectively remove the most stubborn dirt. This cleaner operates at a flow rate of 4 gallons per minute, which ensures fast and effective action.
To maximize cleaning efficiency, a hot water model was appropriate, as it makes it easier to dislodge grease and encrusted residue. Additionally, this system operates on 575 volts of power, ensuring consistent and reliable performance. With a 48 kW water heater to maintain optimal water temperature, ensuring premium cleaning results.
For easy and safe handling of the cleaner, we have implemented a hose rail system, with 60-foot rails on each side of the laundry room. This system includes two separate lines: one for high pressure and the other for high pressure foam.
To optimize cleaning efficiency, we have also integrated our biodegradable industrial detergent MPSI-5011, specially designed to complement the action of the high pressure cleaner. This detergent offers superior cleaning power while respecting environmental standards.
In summary, this laundry room project offers a complete and efficient solution to meet the most demanding cleaning needs, while guaranteeing maximum efficiency and reduced environmental impact.
