We designed and implemented a custom-built washing platform, equipped with a gasoline-powered hot-water pressure washer. The cleaner is powered by a powerful Vanguard gasoline engine, generating a pressure of 4000 psi and a flow rate of 5 gpm, and is equipped with a 386,400 BTU burner to ensure efficient cleaning. Designed in stainless steel, this equipment is mounted on a platform incorporating a 225-gallon tank, equipped with hoops and a level gauge. It also features a hydrant filling system and a 25-foot fire hose. It is also equipped with a Hannay Reels spring-loaded hose reel, including a 100-foot high-pressure hose assembly, and a gun with a double stainless steel lance. All this can be easily transported in a pick-up truck.
