High-pressure washing platform for Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu
We have designed and implemented a custom solution for the municipality of Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu: the Hydrocide. This innovative system is specifically engineered to eliminate weeds without the use of chemical herbicides. It features a robust and adaptable platform equipped with a hot water high-pressure washer powered by gasoline.
Our high-pressure washer is driven by a powerful Vanguard engine, delivering an impressive 3000 psi pressure at a flow rate of 5 gpm. It is complemented by a 388,000 BTU burner for optimal cleaning efficiency. Constructed from durable steel, the equipment is mounted on a platform that includes a 325-gallon tank with a level gauge, a double filtration filling system, and a 5-gallon antifreeze tank for winter use.
The tank skid also includes a spraying hood for weed control, a 24-inch broom for paths, a manual reel, and a mud pump system for maximum versatility.
