Discover the Transport Lajoie bay wash systems
The initial concept for this laundry room was to create an efficient and efficient space. To achieve this, we planned the installation of two pressure washers, each capable of delivering 3000 psi of pressure at a flow rate of 4 gallons per minute, running on hot water and powered by 575 volts. These cleaners come with a 48 kW water heater to ensure optimal water temperature.
To facilitate the use and maneuverability of the equipment, we implemented a rail system for the 60-foot-long hoses on each side of the room. This system includes two separate lines: one for the high pressure needed for deep cleaning, and the other for high pressure foam dispensing, using our biodegradable industrial detergent MPSI-5011. This solution guarantees maximum cleanliness while respecting environmental standards.
In addition to this equipment, we also installed a DrainVac brand central vacuum cleaner, thus ensuring complete and efficient cleaning of the space, while optimizing the management of waste and residual liquids.
