As a member of our team, you will work on exciting projects and help create innovative solutions that make a significant impact on our clients. 

Your Responsibilities:

The Parts responsible will be responsible for assisting both external and internal customers with all matters related to parts. This individual will work closely with the buyer and the service coordinator to ensure high-quality customer service. This position offers the opportunity to develop technical expertise in a field that combines elements of mechanics, plumbing, and electrical work, while also contributing to other projects that support the organization’s success.

• Identifying customer needs at the counter and assisting them with the purchase of parts or equipment
• Preparing and shipping customer orders promptly
• Prepare parts for field technicians and installation projects
• Manage inventory effectively and ensure the counter’s success
• Ensure the receipt of goods in the warehouse and in our computer system
• Perform other related tasks based on personal interest and organizational needs

Desired Profile :

• College diploma or post-secondary education
• 1 to 10 years of experience in a field related to mechanics, plumbing, electrical work, or customer service
• Demonstrate an interest in developing technical expertise
• Possess excellent observational skills and a commitment to customer service
• Willingness to work as part of a team to achieve goals
• Commitment to a job well done and a drive to excel
