We are proud to present our latest project: a specially designed mobile washing trailer for intensive cleaning needs. This trailer is ideal for vehicle cleaning professionals, offering a flexible and practical solution for various settings such as special events, trade shows, auto shows, business parking lots, private residences, gas stations, and shopping centers.
Trailer Configuration
Our washing trailer is equipped with a Hydro Tek high-pressure washer, powered by a powerful Vanguard gasoline engine. This system delivers an impressive 4000 psi pressure with a 4 gpm flow rate, complemented by a 386,400 BTU burner for efficient cleaning.
To ensure optimal ventilation, we have installed a roof-mounted exhaust system for secure expulsion of exhaust gases.
Included Equipment and Accessories
- 425-gallon horizontal tank, securely fastened with brackets for stability.
- 20-inch surface cleaner, ideal for large surfaces.
- Vacuum with filtration system, for thorough and efficient cleaning.
- Telescoping pole, perfect for high-reach cleaning.
We have also integrated essential features such as a tank with low-level indicator, an overflow system, a bypass, and a freeze protection device for cold weather conditions.
