Here's a realization of a mobile washing trailer
We designed a special wash trailer configuration for a mobile cleaning service. Inside, we installed a Hydro Tek high-pressure washer, powered by a powerful Vanguard gasoline engine, providing 4,000 psi pressure and 4 gpm flow, with a 386,400 BTU burner. For optimum ventilation, we've added an exhaust system with a chimney on the roof for external gas evacuation.
This trailer is equipped with a 425-gallon horizontal tank, securely fastened with hoops, and includes various accessories such as a 20-inch surface cleaner, a vacuum cleaner with filtration system, and a telescopic pole for cleaning at height.
We've also incorporated features such as a tank with low-level indicator, overflow system, bypass, and an anti-freeze device for cold weather conditions.
Wash trailers are often used at special events, trade fairs, car shows, company parking lots, private residences, service stations, shopping malls and other locations where vehicle washing is required or requested. They offer a practical, flexible solution to vehicle cleaning needs, without the need for permanent installations.
