Discover the Havre-Saint-Pierre bay wash systems
The client had a specific need: to equip a washing room intended for cleaning its fleet of trucks. The project aimed to establish a complete infrastructure meeting this requirement. In detail, this included the installation of a 3000 psi at 4 gpm pressure washer, running on hot water and powered by 575 volts. This device was accompanied by a 48 kW water heater, integrated into a dedicated mechanical room.
In the adjacent space, a rail system was provided, allowing the washing pipes to be maneuvered. This system was designed to facilitate access to trucks from both sides of the room. It had two distinct lines: one for high pressure, and the other for soap distribution. A soap mixer was integrated to ensure effective cleaning, using a specific mixture including our biodegradable industrial detergent MPSI-5011, contained in a dedicated barrel.
This project aimed to provide a complete and effective solution to meet the cleaning needs of the client's truck fleet, ensuring optimal performance while integrating ecological and sustainable elements.
