Complete Solution for Truck Fleets
We recently completed a project for the city of Havre-Saint-Pierre, aimed at equipping a specialized washing bay system for truck fleet cleaning. This project was designed to precisely meet the client's needs with a complete and effective infrastructure.
High-Pressure Cleaner Installation
The core of this project is a 3000 psi, 4 gpm high-pressure cleaner, MPC4030-HE4-63, operating with hot water and powered by 575 volts. This powerful cleaner is supported by a 48 kW water heater, integrated into a dedicated mechanical room for optimal performance.
Rail System and Hose Management
To facilitate truck cleaning, we installed an innovative rail system in the adjacent space. This system allows for easy maneuvering of washing hoses on both sides of the room. It includes two separate lines: one for high pressure and one for soap distribution, with an integrated soap mixer for maximum efficiency.
Biodegradable Industrial Detergent
To ensure effective cleaning, we use our MPSI-5011 biodegradable industrial detergent, stored in a dedicated barrel. This choice of detergent reflects our commitment to eco-friendly and sustainable solutions.
