Discover the Carmichael project
We have developed a washing trailer equipped with hose reels for an optimal cleaning experience. As part of this project, we integrated a high pressure washing system, operating at 3500 psi at a flow rate of 4 gallons per minute, accompanied by a heavy-duty 125 gallon tank for extended runtime.
To guarantee practical and efficient use, we chose to install two electric reels powered by 12 volts, from the Hannay Reels brand. These reels are equipped with thermoplastic hoses, ensuring optimal resistance to environmental constraints. Additionally, we've included a hand hose reel, also from Hannay Reels, equipped with a versatile hose suitable for a multitude of cleaning tasks.
This design allows for maximum mobility and unrivaled ease of use, providing a complete solution for cleaning needs in various professional settings.
Reels are simple tools, but their importance in optimizing industrial and professional processes cannot be underestimated. Their contribution to the efficient management of coiled materials translates into significant improvements in operational efficiency, organization and safety in the various sectors where they are widely used.
