Cold-weather trailer: Designed for extreme conditions in Quebec's Far North
We have designed a de-icing trailer specifically tailored for the extreme conditions of Quebec's Far North. Measuring 8 feet wide, 14 feet long, and 6.8 feet high, this trailer is built to withstand freezing temperatures.
Key Features:
- Adjustable Axles: Each axle is set to 5200 lbs for enhanced durability.
- Durable Materials: Equipped with an embossed aluminum tongue and door bottom, and wheel caps to protect against stone projections.
- Reinforced Insulation: The ceiling and walls are insulated with styrofoam and thermofoil, and finished with Luan covered in white plastic for optimal cold protection.
- Non-Slip Floor: Covered with Lyne-X and bordered with anti-slip material for added safety.
- Heating System: Integrated to maintain an adequate temperature even in the coldest conditions.
- High-Pressure Cleaner: Stainless steel Hydro Tek unit, powered by a Kohler gas engine providing 3000 psi pressure and 8.5 gpm flow, with a 550,000 BTU burner.
- Effective Ventilation: Exhaust system with a roof chimney to expel gases outside.
- Tank: Horizontal 525-gallon tank, securely mounted with brackets.
- Hoses: Includes a spring-loaded hose reel with a 100-foot hose and a 12-volt electric reel with a 300-foot thermoplastic hose.
- Additional Features: Tank with low-level indicator, overflow system, bypass, and antifreeze device.
This washing trailer is ideal for special events, trade shows, auto shows, business parking lots, private residences, gas stations, and shopping centers. It offers a practical and flexible solution for vehicle cleaning without requiring permanent installations.
