Your Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repair: Visit client sites to maintain, repair, install, and configure high-pressure washing equipment and accessories.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of interventions, repairs, parts used, and issues encountered.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the service coordinator to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Travel: Frequently travel to client sites to address their needs.
Desired Profile :
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in electromechanics or mechanical engineering.
- 2 to 8 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong interest in being a field technician.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Passion for high-quality work and a drive for excellence.
