Space optimization with an efficient washing room
Faced with a limited space, OmniFab sought an innovative solution to maintain their truck fleet. We designed a high-performance washing bay system tailored to our client's specific needs. The solution includes a MPC4030-HE4-63, 3000 psi pressure washer at 4 gpm, capable of operating with hot water at 575 volts. This equipment is ideal for removing stubborn dirt and accumulated residues on heavy-duty vehicles.
Constant hot water production
To ensure a constant supply of hot water, we installed a 48 kW water heater in a dedicated mechanical room. This setup optimizes the available space while guaranteeing maximum energy efficiency. The robust water heater maintains a high water temperature, essential for deep cleaning trucks.
Rail system and Eco-friendly detergent
Next to the washing bay system, a 30-foot rail system was installed, featuring one line for high-pressure cleaning and another for high-pressure foam. The foam is enhanced with our biodegradable industrial detergent MPSI-5011, specially designed to be effective and environmentally friendly. This detergent helps break down grease and oils while preserving the surrounding ecosystem.

The design of this washing bay system maximizes efficiency in a confined space while ensuring optimal vehicle maintenance. Thanks to the use of advanced technologies and eco-friendly products, OmniFab can now maintain their truck fleet in a sustainable and high-performing manner. This project demonstrates our ability to provide customized solutions that meet our clients' specific requirements, even in constrained environments.
